Kindness is simple. It is free. It feels good. It is the best a person can offer the world. However, often people do not offer kindness. They are rude, selfish, greedy, harsh, mean, angry, and other negative things. Why? What causes people to tear others down and even themselves down. When we find ourselves in a negative place try to remind yourself that being kind to ourselves and others is best. Kindness is what makes the world a better place. Kindness is friendly, forgiving, generous, and nice.
